Question : SQL unable to create named PIPE
Maybe someone can help, we've migrated to a new terminal server environment. The SQL connection is working, and is using TCP/IP as protocol. The first user can connect to the database, but subsequent users are blocked by error 231: Unable to create named pipe. (231: Error means pipe is busy) Domain admin or user doesn't make a difference. SQL server is located on different server. It is a delphi 5 app, connecting via BDE to ODBC to SQL server 2000. It seams like the error is cause by the second user trying to create a pipe that already exists.
Who can help. Thanks for your input.
