Question : Administrators Properties (groups)

i got a computer who cannot connect to the Domain. it can connect in the sense of joining the domain, but it cannot actually cannot log into the domain. The administrator groups have unknown members which keeps changing. when i add the members of the domain, they are there, once i hit apply, they turn into a question mark with a long string of numbers. any ideas why? Active directory does not show the computer there.

You will most likely need to change the DNS settings on the client computer's NIC to point to your DNS/AD server and make sure that your AD/DNS server's DNS settings on the NIC point to itself. It sounds like the client is unable to resolve the domain name.
