Question : no sound is play in swf files

no sound is play in swf files, i have opened severals swf with sound, but i can't hear anything, the sound works fine with movies ( avi, mpg etc..) and mp3 , but when i try to play a swf file i can't hear any sound.
someone know i have uninstalled and installed several times flashplayer , but doesn't work, my sound card it's ok, i have checked the wave volume, it's ok.

someone know anything about this?

Well, I looked at the Macromedia Support site:

Doesn't seem to address the sound issue.  But maybe there is something there that could help (sorry to not be able to be specific)

I wonder if installing an older version would make the sound play?

It would be interesting anyway, to see if the sound problem went away if you used the previous version of the player.
