Question : Trouble with outlook web access

Trouble with outlook web access and can't seem to fix the problems!
1st problem the email will not show up on the OWA unless the user opens outlook on their desktop on the network. 2nd issue is I cannot send and recieve for any users from the OWA, nothing happens when send recieve is clicked in the owa. When I try to email new message in the OWA the microsoft error occurs and I get logged off of IE7. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The known issue with IE7 is that it disables a type of security that was enabled in IE6 to fix the issue-->

Start Menu ---> right click "Internet Explorer" ---> select "Internet Properties"
Select the tab "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the bottom of the list.
Make sure that the boxes for:

"Use SSL 2.0-On"
and
"Use SSL 3.0-On"
and
"Use TLS 1.0-Off"

are checked.
