Question : Install SSL on CAS for Exchange 2007

Can anyone guide me for using GUI to install a SSL for the CAS in Exchange 2007 ?

Can I just create the Certificate Request under IIS, afterwards, import the certficate through IIS ? Or I must need to do these under Exchange Managment Shell ??
