Question : Send To Mail Recepient is launching the Internet Connection Wizard

I work at a Help Desk and am faced with this dilemma.  All our users use NT 4.0 Workstation and Office 97.  They are able to use the "Send To Mail Recepient" option from within Word.  When one of our users is in Word and he clicks on Send To, then Email Recepient, he gets the Internet Connection wizard.  How can we correct this?

Check the internet explorer connection settings.  check the programs tab and ensure that for email it has outlook and not hotmail.  also check the connections tab and change it to either Never dial or dial when network connection not present.
