Question : Exchange Calendar - Web Access

I need to setup an Exchange 2007 shared calendar, accessed via web access (some internal and external users). I don't have the time or inclination right now to incorporate sharepoint services. Been Googling and haven't found anything really straightforward on the subject. Any assistance or a link to concise steps through such a setup would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
