Question : Exchange 2007 error when sending meeting request to specific user

Our Company:  AD 2003 domain, Exchange 2007 (one server).

I have this crazy issue.  Jane Doe was an assistant for Johnny Boss (she was his secretary).  She had full rights to Johnny's MS Outlook.  Jane quit and her AD account was "deleted".  Now whenever someone schedules an outlook meeting that includes Johnny - Johnny will get the meeting request fine, but the user who sent the request will get the error listed below.  It looks like Jane Doe is still some how linked to Johnny's mailbox.  This has been going on for a few months.  We were on Exchange 5.5 and it was happening then and we recently migrated to 2007 and things are still the same ( I was hoping the issue would magically get fixed during the upgrade).  I am not sure how to view the properties of Johnny's AD account and see if Jane is still linked some how.  I looked through Users and Computers and there was no reference to Jane.

This is the error that the person gets who is sending out a meeting request that includes Johnny:
