Question : I cannot recieve google or yahoo mail on my sbs 2003 exchange server sp2

I have an sbs server 2003 sp2 with exchange sb2. I cannot recieve mail from yahoo or google domain. I have relaxed the IMF settings to virtually pass through anything and I cannot receive mail. google send back a generic mail configuration problem or timeout problem and yahoo sends back the following.
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

These mails do not get past the gateway. I have added the email address as exceptions on the Global message settings filters tabs. Does anybody know hyow I can solve this problem? Thanks very much for any input.

I had no way to solve this issue because ISP refused to give me access to Mikrotik. Thansk to everyone who supported us on this.
