Question : Norton Ghost Image/Clone from master PC

- got some old P4 pcs now i am planning to format and load the windows and all the required applications. I have created a master PC and i have created ghost image of it, what's the best way to deploy the image on 10-11 pcs?
Some of the them are exact same model and some of them are not (IBM PCs)
Am i still able to load the image and boot the PCs and correct the direct hardware driver issue or am i going to face some problem?
What's best way to go for it, disk to disk or partition to partition? or load the image from the DVD rom to disk?
I have never used the network support (Ghost) is it suitable to use on my case? cause i have a copy of the image on the server.
Please let me know know your suggestion, my biggest problem could be loading the image. I have ran the sysprep after creating the master PC to avoid the SID and system name problem

Answer : Norton Ghost Image/Clone from master PC

You should run sysprep just before creating the image of the master pc. After having run sysprep, don't boot into windows, but rather start ghost and create the image.

You can restore from ghost to an unpartitioned HD, you don't have to create partitions on them before restoring.
