Question : Resizing Segments in Sybase

Hello Everybody,

we use sybase to store documents related to our enterprise solution for unfied messaging.
I encountered serveral times problems with the system segment of the tempdb:

>>Can't allocate space for object '' in database 'tempdb' because 'system' segment is full/has no free extents. If you ran out of space in syslogs, dump the transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE or sp_extendsegment to increase size of the segment.<<

Yet, i'm new in sybase, may anyone give me a tip how to increase the size with sp_extendsegment?
