Question : Word 2003 not filling screen

I have a problem here where word 2003 is not filling the screen even though it says it is maximized.  The problem seems to be growing and the gap at the top of the screen is getting larger.  You can see the desktop at the gap and I cant seem to get it filled in.

With Word open, select the View tab. Then locate the Full Screen option. Select this and test.
