Question : Cannot access remote pc, because wrong username or password is saved

I have a shared file on remote pc i.e. \\pc1 and that pc is not a domain member, usually when the user run \\pc1 an authenticaition message appear to enter the username and password, one user entered a wrong username or password and saved them, after that once the user try to access \\pc1 , ( access deny) message appear and no option to enter the username and password again.
How can I remove the saved username and password?

Try running "control userpasswords2" and delete cached credentials.
