Question : e-Commerce - Payment, currency, ...

A question only for people who already implemented a full eCommerce site please !

I must implement the payment of the services in my web application.
My web application is coded in Php, using the Zend Framework.
I am new to this. Also it must handle customers from any continent.

Is there any framework I can add in my web application ?
I heard about osCommerce, but can I add this to my already built web application ?
Could you explain me what should be used ? Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, Western Union, ... ?
How do I handle the prices, should I display euros or dollars ?
