Question : sql server 2005 maintenance plan indicies.

I have an sqlserver 2005 management plan setup that rebuilds and reorganizes indicies.
I'm just wondering if it makes a difference which order I do these in.  Should I rebuild then reorganize or reorganize then rebuild.  Also, should I have the a workflow constraint from the first task to the second?
