Question : Microsoft Communicator Client/Universal like Trillian but works with Microsoft Communicator

Is there one.  I pretty much like Trillian or others that can work with AIM, Yahoo, MSN and others.  Unfortunately, our compnay has adopted Communicator a collaboration client and I was looking for an alternative that can be used with the Communicator server as well as with MSN and Yahoo.  Most of us use Yahoo and Communicator.  Someone on the Trillian forum indicator that there was some talk about a Trillian Plug end to do the job but I couldn't find anything.

Any suggestions?

The Communicator server is called "Live Communications Server 2005" and it is a SIP based server.  That should make it easier to find plugins
If your company wants you to use Communicator, you may want to consider utilizing it, particuarly if they are enabling the advanced features...or if they have rules for using third-party products.  You will need to know the Pool Name to connect to and whether to connect via TLS or TCP.

I originally played with this when the developer wrote it.  I can't guarantee that it will work with your version of Trillian.

Note:  Most SIP plug-ins for Trillian have been hit or miss since the Lotus Sametime days.
