Question : Multiple instances of RunDll32.exe on server
In looking at the Task Manager on one of my servers, I see about 70 instances of the RunDll32 process. I ran: tasklist /m /fi "IMAGENAME eq rundll32.exe" >C:\rundll32.txt and looked at the results. It appears that they are all the same except for the PID. I have attached the file.
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why there might be so many? None of the other servers have anywhere near as many. Are there some I should stop?

This could be a malware or Spyware.
You need a very good Spyware removal tool to get this sorted out.
