Question : Adobe Photoshop Bridge will not load and error starting the Adobe Updater on program start.

My client has purchased two copies of the Adobe CS2 Suite.  One machine is Windows XP Pro running on a AMD 3000 processor with 4 GB of RAM.  No issues with this system.  After installing the CS suite on the machine running Widnows XP Pro SP2 64bit edition (AMD dual core proc, 4GB RAM) two things are happening.

1.  Upon start of APSCS2 the following error occures: The Adobe updater could not be started.  Please reinstall the application & Components.

2.  Upon starting Adobe Bridge the following error occures:  Bridge.exe - This application has falied to start because libaglil8n.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Trouble shooting thus far:

A. I have updated the software manually.  The software will update, however this doesn't resolve the issues listed above.
B. I've completely removed APSCS2 suite, removing all installed components, deleting any orpahned files in the program/adobe directories, and scrubbed the registy.  After a complete reinstall, the error appeared again.
C. I've tried reparing the install and removing and installing the components one at a time.

My client would like this resolved ASAP as the two designers who both use Bridge and have to take turns on the one machine to use the application.

Answer : Adobe Photoshop Bridge will not load and error starting the Adobe Updater on program start.
