Question : SEO Tags

Hi,

Im wondering whether or not there is any value to do the following:

Instead of being www.mydomain.com/magazine-subscription.php to be either

1) www.mydomain.com/magazine-subscription
2) www.mydomain.com/magazine subscription
3) www.mydomain.com/magazine-subscription.html

If I do rewrite them, how can I also rewrite the link within the site itself so that I dont have to manually change all the navigation.

I have never seen confirmed that google prioritizes keywords as directories over keawords in file names.
