Question : How to prevent browser to resend the information to the server when user click refresh button ?

I am writing jsp pages and would like to find out how to prevent this message every time the user presses F5 or refreshes the screen: "The page cannot be displayed without resending information. Click... ".   I don't want browser resend the information to server even if user click "Retry" button. So how can I prevent it ? Could I disable refresh button ?
