Question : Using Flash CS3, tweened photos animate slightly rippled. Why? How do I fix this?
In Flash CS3 I imported a couple of jpgs at 72dpi into the library. Then on separate layers, one by one I placed them on the stage, added tweening to them. The first photo I scaled "slowly" from full size and then scaled larger, but not by much. I wanted this to be a slow tween. The second photo is actually just a still at first, then used and alpha transition and tweened it again, panning the photo horizontally from right to left. ALL IN ALL, THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING IS THAT WHEN I EXPORT THE PROJECT AND CREATE THE SWF, THE PHOTOS TWEEN AND MOVE WITH A RIPPLED EFFECT IT SEEMS. WHY??? You can actually see the pixels jumping a bit.
**See this link so you can see the swf error for yourself. First image is noticeable.

**Here's another swf I did where you can see it happening to the first image as well.

This should not be happening. I DO NOT want this effect. Is it because the tweening is so slow? I'm using a frame rate of 12, but even when I use 24 it still doesn't help completely. Is there a way to "optimize" the photos so this won't happen?
Hope you can help!

First of all you must increase your frame rate to something over 35/s. As your motion is really slow that would happen. Also when you use a tween that resizes the image that will happen.
Try increasing the fps to something over 40 and get back..
