Question : VIdeo Plugin for Wordpress, looking for examples

Hi,
I am looking for a video plugin for Wordpress.
I am actually having troubles finding any comprehensive webpages that show me one that works.
I really need a demonstration of a video plugin at work in someones blog.
Can someone help me please.
Ideally I would like to have a image gallery also, and then add movies also.

I would be so grateful if someone can show me one at work.
