Question : ""PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable" Built 2003 Server as DC w/Active Dir. Worked well 3 days, now this... Help

I recently rebuilt an old server. It's got a Tyan2425 (iTomcat) Systemboard, 512MB of RAM (PC100 maxed out for the board support) and a brand new 120gig Hitachi HD. I built it with 2003 Server (Enterprise), made in a 2nd domain controller in our infrastructure and added Active Directory. Everything was working fine for 3 days, no hassles.
All service packs, updates and security patches installed. When I rebooted to initialize all of the changes and check hardware configuration before racking server, I get this:
"Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 071) PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable"
I've gone into the BIOS, corrected the Boot sequence, went over everything 1000 times and still cannot get the machine to boot without some type of bootable media in the CD-drive.
Is the boot sector of the brand new HD corrupt (physically)? I've reinstalled 2003 Server 2x now with no effect. Is this a BIOS problem? C-MOS battery?
Anyone... Anyone...
