Question : Vista RAdmin

Hey,
I have been testing vista and am having troubles with my R.Admin. I have RAdmin Viewer 3.0 but I can not conenct to the Vista PC from my XP one. Is there a work around to this? Also I have downloaded the RAdmin Sidebar gadget. Does anyone know if this is solely design to only talk to vista PC's or can I get it to connect to an XP one?
