Question : Unable to view picture

Hi, I'm running Outlook 2003 and when someone do a screen dump and send it to me, i can't view the picture. There is no "download picture" option when i do a right-click on it. I have checked the settings to allow automatic download pictures. However if i reply to that email, i can see the picture. Please help

Check if your temp folder is full. Delete the files in Outlook Secure Temp Folder OLK
