Question : Exchange Single Email Restore failure

We have just upgraded from Backup Exec 10 to 11. We have the single email restore option checked on the backup. When we go to restore an email back it errors out with this:

Error category    : Security ErrorsError             : e0008488 - Access is denied.

I have tried it with different users and it is still the same error.

Answer : Exchange Single Email Restore failure

Domain admins will be DENIED permissions by default to the store - create a service account that is NOT a domain admin, but is an Exchange admin, and try to restore.
