Question : Unable to open Outlook due to "unable to open your default folders...."
We are running SBS 2003, Outlook 2003, Exchange Server 2003. Yesterday the mailbox was able to send/retrieve emails, today it was unable to. Therefore a new profile was created and the old profile deleted. Now I get the error message when i try to open outlook:
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder."
How can this be resolved so the user can open their Outlook and retrieve their emails?
