Question : Recovering a pst file from an ost file
I saved my user's data to a pst file then went back and eliminated their account info and set up a new profile to replace what was apparently a corrupted file.
The good news is that she can now login and get her email. The bad news is that the "saved" pst file was apparently corrupted and she doesn't have her folders, her address book or her calendar.
The original ost file is intact and I've gotten the impression from several threads that I've read that it's possible to retrieve her old info from that file, but I don't know how.
Beads of perspiration are forming on my brow. I've got to get this back online. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
