Question : Locked Table

We have SQL server 2005 running on a Windows 2003 Server.

A user is getting the following error:

Failed to delete selected objects(s)
Lock request conflicts with and established lock[
Locked by database user: \’XXXXXX’ on machine: ‘XXXXXX02’
Locked by database user: \’XXXXXX’ on machine: ‘XXXXXX02’
Locked by database user: \’XXXXXX” on machine: ‘XXXXXX’]

The user can usually delet objects, so I do not think that it is a permissions issue.  Since I have very little knowledge of SQL server, how do I remove the locks using management studio?

Thanks for the help!

Answer : Locked Table

it will, but I'm not sure if that is what you should do... if you can reboot, then rather, just simply kill all the processes on that database.
