Question : Ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupt.

I have a server 2003 box that is getting the message "Windows could not start becuase the following file is missing or corrupt: \system32\ntoskrnl.exe.  Please reinstall a copy of the above file."

I've run chkdsk c: /p /r and fixboot c: from the recovery console to no avail, are there any other ideas out there?  My other issue is that this server is the Global Catalog server, so other than that I'd have no issue rebuilding it.

yeah once core files are corrupt we dont normally mess around and typicaly rebuild the server or re-install over to maintain as many settings as possible.
