Question : Is it safe to remove windows update uninstall files
Is is safe to remove windows update uninstall files from a Windows Server 2003 SBS? My server needs additional disk space, I've already moved the page file to the server's d: drive and this is the only thing left I can think of. If anyone is familiar with doing this and what the potential problems are, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Yes, it is safe to delete all folders within C:\WINDOWS which start with $NT - but DO NOT delete $hf_mig$. The folders are hidden and have system protection on them, so you will need to adjust folder options to view them.
The only downside to deleting the files is that you will no longer be able to uninstall the updates which they are created by as a backup of system files - if you don't want to uninstall these updates you can safely delete them.
