Hello, I have a problem removing program items using Add/Remove on the control panel, is there any other way of uninstalling program?

I presume Cirrus Logic 5446 v1.41 is the driver software for your old TV tuner card, and drivers are not removed in the Add/Remove Programs part of Control Panel; rather, it is part of the Add/Remove Hardware part.  I think we need further info on just what sort of "trouble" it is you are having in this.
