Question : I need to know who is visiting my website

I need to know the IP addresses of people visiting my website. This will help me in the sales and marketing. Does anyone know of any tools that provide more than just statistics of how many visitors came to the website. I want to know who came from what IP and what they looked at.

The IP address will mostly tell you what country they are in and that they came from an AOL, NTL etc etc. IP block is that what you want to know?
