Question : Vista Business USB drivers have yellow question mark Error 39 "cannot load Driver"

Dell XPS M1330 Vista Business ARGGGGHHH!
My new laptop is having many many many problems. Aside from the blue screens of death, My USB  drivers in Device Manager all have yellow question marks. Sometimes the usb works...sometimes it doesn't. It seems to work differently with different items. Re-install etc. doesn't work. Just seems like it doesn't FEEL like working.

If it's new, it may be a hardware issue.  If you got CDs with this unit, I think one of them is a bootable diagnostic CD that will run a bunch of hardware tests.  In the end, all Dell needs is the report if something failed and you're on your way to getting repaired.
