Question : Broadcom NetXtreme II Gigabit NIC(s) will not START

Hello all,
We have a Dell Poweredge 1950 with XP Pro successfully installed. The PE1950 has two onboard Broadcom NetXtreme II Gigabit NIC(s). We located and installed the Broadcom NetXtreme II Driver 10.39-10.35 Windows 2000/XP(x32/x64)/Vista(x32/x64) drivers but when it completes the installation it says that the NIC(s) cannot start.

The only purpose of this "server" is to monitor HVAC results for a local Heating and Air Conditioning company. Has anyone come across a similar problem? Any help would be greatly appreicated as this needs to be online by 06/06/07.
