Question : MDE to MDB

Hello! Can i ask if anyone know how to decrypt the MDE to MDB? Because i accedentaly deleted my MDB file....

Recycle bin??? (if on hdd)
Network - Do you have a salvage file command?? (for me at work, right click on the dir in select Recover Files or Salvage FIles)

Otherwise, as the others as said, you can only recover your tbls and qrys, the rest is history!
