Question : Upgrading addresslists and recepient policies in Exchange 2007

I keep getting errors while trying to upgrade recepient policies in Exchange 2007:

Suggest you follow this article step by step - and include the get results which show policies that need upgrded.

On a side note, I don't normally buy into this sort of thing, try the same thing again today. There was been some suggest of a leap year bug... which made me laugh... but this 3 page thread is very interesting reading. Either all jokers or its real.
