Question : DNS errors 4521 and 9999 on a Windows 2003 RC2 Domain Controller server

I am receiving 4521 errors once an hour with an occasional 9999 error in DNS Service Event viewer. Examining the previous post regarding the "." and a .com does not seem to apply to this situation, the domain name ends in .local not .com
